SMS/MMS Text Message Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to Mortgage Approval Group, LLC, you consent to receive text messages from Mortgage Approval Group for direct communication, file updates, reminders, and important milestone information related to your mortgage application or inquiry.

SMS message service subscribers can opt out of the SMS service at any time by replying with the keyword "STOP" to any message received. To receive assistance with the SMS service, reply with the keyword "HELP" to any message received.

You may receive up to five (5) SMS messages per week, occasionally more depending on the status of your loan file. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies per user.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email Communication Consent

By providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from Scott Kepler and Mortgage Approval Group, LLC, including but not limited to: loan status updates, document requests, rate information, promotional offers, and general mortgage-related information.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send. Transactional emails related to an active loan application may continue until the application is closed or withdrawn.

Phone Call Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from Scott Kepler and Mortgage Approval Group, LLC regarding your mortgage inquiry, application status, and related services. Calls may be made using automated dialing technology or pre-recorded messages.

You may revoke your consent to receive automated calls at any time by notifying us in writing or by calling (813) 444-8537.
